Pecan Sandies Recipe
1-Cup Butter (2 - Sticks) | |
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar | |
2 tsp. Vanilla | |
1 TBSP Water | |
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour | |
1 Cup Chopped Pecans | |
Cream butter. Add sugar, vanilla and water until smooth. Gradually add flour until soft dough forms. Add pecans. Form into 1 inch balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar once cooled slightly. |
