Easy Artichoke Heart Salad
1 can (13.75 oz) quartered artichoke hearts drained and rinsed
1 can (6 oz) pitted ripe black olives drained
2 bunches of green onions
12 Small vine sweet peppers
8 Campari tomatoes (can substitute with roma tomatoes)
½ cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts. Cut green onions approximate ½ inch slices. Top and deseed the sweet peppers. Cut the peppers into approximate ¼ inch ring slices. Quarter Campari tomatoes. Place all in a salad bowl tossed with ½ cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing. Allow for one hour chilling in the refrigerator before serving. Serves 4 to 6 people.
