2-8-2011 Fitness Update

Well I have been working out everyday for 2 weeks. I still love it and I have yet to get sore from the workout and my back is holding out!!! WAHOO!

I did miss Saturday's Zumba workout because we had a photo shoot. But I can tell you that I did have a workout! Photo shoots are hard work and if you have ever done one you  would understand. Denise was wonderful!

Just joined Curves

The True Me -  Before  Curves WorkoutWell I just joined "Curves" of Floyd Knobs. I am excited! My join date was January 27, 2011. My friend, Denise had won an auction at her daughter's school fundraiser for 7 months Curves membership. She started and loved it and ask me if I wanted to try it. I have been for two weeks straight now! Yeah!!! 

I gained so much weight when I had the twins. After 14 years, I am tired of carrying this around with me! I am tired of not being able to fit into the cute clothes that are in the mall. By the way, I do not expect to lose everything in a week! This is a very bad mistake that most make when starting an exercise routine. But for a low low price of $34/month, I plan on working off these rolls that have!

5 Simple Exercises that you can do while on Facebook.

Cheesy RaguI have my own Internet web design company and I am constantly at my desk in front of the computer. I never seem to get enough exercise and I really do not want my butt to get any bigger than what it is. So I started doing some very simple things that is actually starting to help!

  • When I get up to get a cup of coffee, I walk around the house three times. From my desk, I can stand and walk from room to room and end up back where I started. I take my time and pick up dishes that the kids leave in each room or take a dust rag with me and do a quick dusting. I did not think that this would help but I was surprised. I bought a pedometer. I have increased my steps by two miles a day!
