I have been playing a game on Facebook. No, it is not Farmville! I enjoy games that either exercise my mind or educate me. It needs to be fun but challenging. Well, there are several that I play that fill the void of boredom but this is my review and recommendation for Mystery Manor.
I stumbled upon Mystery Manor while playing Gardens of Time. Game Insight has created it. I love it! Do you remember those “Highlights” books that were delivered to the homes and doctor’s offices around the nation? The books that had the seek-and-find pictures in them that always seemed to be completed when it was time for your appointment at the doctor’s. I loved them as a child and I love what the computer world has done for the game!
I started playing Gardens of Time because I enjoy the “I Spy” games that have been developed. I do play it daily but I look forward to playing Mystery Manor more. I patiently wait for my energy to renew just so I can play it again. Why do I like it more…. The Gardens of Time game has more screens to play than Mystery Manor but the objects that you are looking for in Mystery Manor move. They are frequently in the same place but they do move making the search more challenging.
From the Facebook page of Game Insight, “Mystery Manor is an online game in the genre "I spy". In a mystic mansion, in which something inexplicable happens, you will complete quests, deal with evil monsters, gather rare collections. And all this together with your friends. Welcome Home!” This is the best description that of the game so I will not do anything to try and change it. Normal gifts can be sent and collected from your Facebook friends but I recommend that you visit your friends manor often to leave hints and help those friends of friends replace their ability to help! If you enjoy memory games or seek and find games, I think if you try this game you will be addicted.
