CSS The missing Manual

CSS The missing ManualI have been programming and designing web sites for over 10 years and it is my goal to not only make the web functional but to make it pleasing to the eyes.

I started teaching myself how to program by reading everything that I could get my hands on, either on the Internet or from the bookstore. I can tell you that I have had complete works and libraries in my computer room at hands length when I am working. I feel that I may not know everything but I have the ability to grab any book for reference that I would ever need.

When I bought CSS The Missing Manual, I did not know that I would use it as much as what I have. You can see the the pages are curled and the front cover is a stained sight! I recommend this for any web developer or web designer. It is a must have for any reference library. Sometimes I can not find what I am looking for right away on the Internet, but I always find it in this book.

Cookbooks

Betty Crocker CookbookI have been searching for new cookbooks with a variety of recipes that I will use and I have not been able to find what I am looking for. My mother had 2 Betty Crocker Cookbooks that were wonderful. They do not seem to make them like that anymore. They do have one but they are just not like the ones my mom had. One of them was so old that she put contact paper on it to keep it together.

There was a peanut butter cookie recipe in on of the books that was the best recipe that I have ever used. The cookies were great. They were everyone's favorite. We could not make enough!

The cookbook itself did not look that one pictured here. It was red and white checked like the new ones on the market but the recipes were different. I am looking for one like so if anyone can find on for me please let me know.

I have been looking at amazon.com trying to find some that were similar but still have yet to find it. Please help me look!!! Cookbooks
